Maury's (City Bakery NYC) Cookie Dough

Has anyone made these? I'm wondering if you had a similar experience. The instructions say to cut into 1 inch thick pieces and then cook for 10 minutes at 350. They were REALLY undercooked, even after I left them in for 15 minutes. Do you think the instructions were wrong, like a misprint?
