Maui Tacos?

sunshine | Jun 24, 2003 01:49 PM

Recently flew out of Reagan National Airport and picked up a burrito at Maui Tacos in Terminal B. It was surprisingly good! It's tucked away around a corner near Terminal B's gates 1-14, and it looks like some chain, but i was impressed by it - a nice, fast food alternative for airport fare. chicken, steak and fish burritos and tacos, and some salads. weird names for stuff, but decent-sized servings (under $7), and really good mild and hot salsas, including one made with arbol chiles and another with pineapple, cilantro and jalapeno. every burrito comes with tortilla chips (eh). anyone ever heard of maui tacos before? what's the story? hawaiian?
