Maui Dining

Going back to Maui in September. Would like a resounding yes or no to any of the following:

Canoes (in former Chart House location in Lahaina)
Ko'Ala (Westin) or Gardenia Court for Dinner Buffets
Terrace, Aloha Pavillion, Va Bene for Buffets
Pauwela Cafe in Haiku
Bamboo Bistro in Ma'alaea
Bal-Le Sandiches in Lahain
Honokowai Okazuya & Deli in Kaanapali
Simple Pleasures or Tokyo Tei in Wailuku
Cafe O'Lei in Makawao
Prince Court Buffets at Maui Prince in Makena
Palm Court or Hula Moons in Wailea
Waterfront in Ma'Alaea

Your opinion of best:
Breakfast Buffet
Sunday Brunce
Seafood Dinner Buffet

We don't go to buffets too often and are trying to pick the absolute best rather than experimenting and becoming "Hilo Fatties".

We go to Maui every year and usually concentrate our dining efforts on the West side between Lahaina and Kapalua. If you need any suggestions, let me know.
