Good Afternoon Philly Hounds-
I am coming to visit family in two weeks and they have been raving about a restaurant in Philly Mattyson. I am told it is BYO and since I have not been to Philly in about a year I thought I would ask the Board the current BYO etiquette. We are 6 Adults with varing chowish tastes. I recall the PA wine selections were not to good last time around. A few qustions, should we bring wine on the plane fro SFO? If we are 6 people is the corkage fee per bottle reasonable? What type of stemware do they utilize? What has been the tipping practice for the wine service? Also, any must try dishes on the menu. Are there other BYO that you would reccommend as I will be in town for about 3 weeks. My family is all around the Rittenhouse area. I really want to get to Morimoto also as I love sushi. Thanks.
