I am having MAD cravings for this delight. I once lived in the DC area and ate frequently at a place called 'El pollo rico' which was the most UNBELIEVEABLE chicken I had ever eaten in my life !
It was marinted and spit roasted over charcoal and wood...and it was the ONLY thing in the DC area that made it worth staying for.
Anyway.....it was Peruvian I think...... is there ANYTHING like that here in Tucson????
