What materiel for your countertop?

Hello,

I read an article about kitchen improvements in Money Magazine. Seems that granite and stainless are on the way out. Laminate kitchen countertops and warmer appliance finishes are on the way in. Any thoughts?

We are possibly ripping our galley kitchen out, and replacing a few things.
