This was a one-night-only event held last week at the Hotel Bel-Air. Both chefs were very affable, greeting many of the diners as the evening progressed. Guest Chef Alain Ducasse is an eloquent man, in both French and English! Desserts were skillfully made by Chef Puck's Executive Pastry Chef Sherry Yard. The food, wine pairings and service were all splendid. Just thought I'd share...
