Masa's vs. Fifth Floor vs. Chez Panisse vs. Gary Danko

Hello!

I am trying to decide where to go with my parents to celebrate my graduation. I am considering Masa's, Fifth Floor, Gary Danko and Chez Panisse, but am having a hard time making a decision based on the conflicting posts about all of these places. In particular, I am concerned about claims that Masa's is sexist and that the food has gone downhill, and that the food at Chez Panisse is bland and unexciting. I'm open to other restaurants, as well.

While my primary concern is the quality of the food, I'd also prefer a restaurant that is not oppresively stuffy (though I am not opposed to formality per se) and that has a reasonably-priced wine list (i.e. where I could get a decent wine for under $100).

Thanks for your suggestions/advice!
