I'm shopping for a new supplier for masa for tamales. I need 100 pounds of masa "sin preparada" or "masa seca", that is, masa that has not bee premixed with lard.
Also, I'm looking for some premixed masa for making sweet tamales de fresa (strawberry) and pina (pineapple). Any sources?
Elsewhere I read about a La Guadalupana store on 26th St.
