We're finally making it to Mas this weekend. Anything to recommend off the current menu?
I was looking at the $68 prix fixe and both of the fish dishes look uninteresting to me, same for the chicken breast. But the lardon salad and chestnut soup both sound great.
Can you substitute items from the a la carte on the prix fixe, or vice versa?
This dessert sounds fantastic though. Anybody tried it?
