Happy New Year everyone....was wondering if any of you know about a Mary Ann cake pan. I purchased one recently and I'm looking for recipes. The pan has fluted sides and when the cake is baked, it has a depression on the top that can be filled with a custard, curd, fruit, ice cream, etc. From what I could learn, usually a sponge cake was prepared for this type of pan. Just wondering if anyone would have a recipe, especially for a filling. Thanks.
