Marsala Wine in Cooking

I bought a bottle for a recipe, used the required cup (drank another), and now I've got about half a bottle left. A few questions:

1. How long will it "keep" in the refrigerator? My main concern is whether or not it's still good for cooking.

2. Does anyone have any simple recipes that will help me use this stuff?
