I keep seeing things on TV and reading recipes about marrow bones. I haven't had them in a few years (last time was Prune in NY - insanely good), and was thinking about trying to roast some on my own.
The problem is that I don't know where to look. I emailed Jesse from Dai Due and he suggested Richardson Farms. I then emailed them– no dice.
Of course I'm going to ask CM and WF; I just figured I'd ask on here first to see if anybody's had any luck.
