Will be married in paris, Looking for a traditional, beautiful, neighborhood bistro for family lunch after ceremony

I will be married in paris on a friday in May and our immediate family (sisters, mothers, fathers, a cousin or two) will be coming in to celebrate with us. Our civil ceremony will be finished by noon and we are looking to have lunch together in traditional, beautiful, neighborhood bistro immediately after. We will be marrying in the 9th Arr. It is a small group (perhaps 15 people) with 3 small children (ages 1.25 to 5). We aren't looking for fancy (we'll be having dinner -- my new husband and I -- at L'Arpege)... Our families have never spent time here. So we are looking for an authentic neighborhood type place with perhaps a garden or an extra room we could reserve or a on a pedestrian only street with tables outside so that the children could be free to run about and we can move about and talk and eat lunch and drink some wine ... it doesn't have to be in the 9th, we can travel. ANy ideas would be much appreciated!
