I got a cantaloupe and tamarind agua fresca from the maroon van yesterday, both excellent.

Then walked over to the blue van across the street and got 2 potato sopes with pumpkin seeds and four taquitos.

I have to say the taquitos were some of the best I have ever had. They were filed with dried beef, and crema fresca and dried fresh cheese were ladled on top. I ate them with some of the pumpkin seeds I got with my sopes and wow what a flavor!
