With Judy Cuisine having permanently closed recently, the search is on for a substitute able to provide a decent amount of wok hay. Based on Charles' recent review, I tried Steam Legend/Steam Kitchen and while I liked it, I would say that the stir fried rice noodles with beef and green onions in soy sauce didn't have quite the smokiness that Judy's rendition typically did. Their sweet and sour pork was excellent, however, probably the best I've had since the long lost day when Ambassador closed its doors.
In any case, I'm on the lookout for a new wok hay place in Markham/Richmond Hill and I'm open to suggestions and to updating this thread as I try places.
