I read the Charles Perry article in last weeks LAT and decided to give this place a try on Saturday. I tried the mixed cold cuts sandwich and thought the salamis were listless. Most of the meats behind the counter were Boar's Head, which I'm not a fan of. The bread roll wasn't bad. The Whole Foods around the corner has much tastier sandwiches. Am I missing something? Anybody else agree?
When compared to Sorrento's in Culver City or Claro's in SGV, this place seems like Subway.
