Marinating Flank Steak Too Long?

I started marinating a flank steak this afternoon with the intent of making it for dinner tonight. Plans changed, and I now need to cook it tomorrow night instead. Should I worry about the acidic marinade negatively affecting the meat after what will be about 30 hours and if so, what should I do? Remove it from the marinade, wipe off the excess, and put it back in a clean bag?
