Marinated blue or feta with spices has become a girls' night favorite and an occasional decadent meal for one. A platonic meal it is -- a good loaf of French bread, a bowl of cheese marinated in oil and spices, and a good bottle of wine.
Every time I buy them prepared, though, I'm filled with cheapskate's guilt. I know I can make it myself (and better in a month when I move), so I'd love any suggestions of spice/oil/cheese combinations, marinating times, and any other advice to create a new ultimate. I may try something goaty, with roasted peppers. Before I try my instincts out, any recommendations?
