Mardi Gras for lunch in Jackson, MS

Terrible. First, they had one waiter/bartender for the entire restaurant. When one party ordered 3 bloody marys, he was gone for 15 minutes.

A cup of "5-onion soup" was $5. There were maybe 4 spoonfuls of french onion soup, with a big piece of french bread stuck in it.

The four of us ordered salads. We waited 45 minutes for these salads. 3 people ordered the fried oyster salad, which came with a whopping 4 tiny oysters on a bed of spinach, COVERED in dressing.

I opted for the caeser which was decent but not worth $9.

This place needs to make major changes. We notified the manager of our terrible experience and he took 50% off the bill. Not really necessary but still a nice gesture.
