The best fries I've ever had. Fried twice at 2 different temperatures. Only offer 30 servings per night.
Crispy and crunchy on the outside. Creamy and smooth on the inside. Sprinkled with salt. No need for ketchup or mayo. I didn't ask what type of potatoes they used by assuming Kennebunkport or Russett.
The rest of the meal was delicious as well especially the Russian king crab small plate with green onions, brown butter and meyer lemon cream sauce. But I've been thinking of the fries for 2 days.
