The Maple Drive chef was chosen as one of the Food and Wine Best New Chefs this year. I have never been to this restaurant, and I found only one post in 2004 about it (from 2/04). It was pretty favorable.
Has anyone been there? So few chefs are chosen that I figure he must be pretty good, but we are choosing a restaurant for a friend's b-day, and I don't want to roll the dice.
