Can you help me map out my eating plan?

So, visiting NYC the first weekend of april. Really really hoping to get in late afternoon on Friday like around 8 or 9. We are staying in UES a block from Central Park on 89th. I have established a list of places I would like to go, but I'm lost on how and when I should hit these places. I would also love additional similiar suggestions if anyone wants to toss them out there. :) I would love to hit as much as we can and try everything we can. (We are leaving Monday morning.)

The Halhal Guys cart
Lukes Lobsters
Zabars (Iffy on this one)
Murray's for cheese
Golden Steamer
Prosperity Dumplings
Cafe Roma (open to better suggestions)
Waffles & Dinges
Shake Shack

Things I am so undecided about bc opinions are not unanimous:

pizza. we're basically spending the weekend foodie-ing and i heard the three top pizza contenders don't offer slices just whole pies so idk what to do and what's worth eating. pizza is like a love and a must.

also thinking i should try an egg creme? if so, where?

falafels - where to get and what to get ?

Also want to try to visit the Empire State Building, Central Park, Times Square, and ride Staten Island Ferry.

I am a huge dessert & coffee person. boyfriend is not so much. he is most excited about lobster rolls. ha.

We are also late night people so times like 1am are welcome too. 10am is probably our wake up time.

Eli Zabar,
Golden Steamer,
Cafe Roma,
Luke's Lobster FiDi,
Luke's Lobster,
Murray's Cheese,
Shake Shack
