Manischewitz, Lieber's, etc. How do they do it?

Okay, maybe a stupid question, but something I've always wondered about. Manischewitz, I (sort of) get, about 50% of their products are variations on the same thing. Lieber's, on the other hand, has a range of seemingly unrelated products. So, how do they do it? Do they process it all themselves (very unlikely) or do they spend the year getting certified/supervised product from co-packers or other sources? And it's not just Lieber's, there Glick's, Gefen, etc. Just wondering if anyone knows.
