I'm gonna be in Manhattan for the weekend.
I'm trying for a hollymoore, cheapeats, kinda vibe, as much as possible.
(daniel and lespinasse are for my next trip to gotham)
although willing to go beyond that for the right food, especially in a less familiar cuisine.
that means no "classic" of any cusine, and no italian.
different takes on japanese are especially intriguing.
would like to check out flushing, and see how it compares to chinatown.
(I'm gonna try and post on Manhattan board, but I wanna see what I can get here first, from people who know philly eating, and have a framework to compare.)
