Manhattan: place for group luncheon

Lizbet | Jun 5, 201809:34 PM     3

Six high school friends, from many years ago, are planning to get-together for a late lunch in midtown Manhattan for lunch. We decided to meet at 3:00 on a Sunday to avoid noise and crowds. We like ethnic food, e.g. Turkish, Mediterranean, Indian, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Greek, at moderate prices ($$ on yelp). We'd like a place in the West 50's, preferably between 5th and 8th Aves. (Some of us are coming from Grand Central; others from Port Authority.) We're seeking a restaurant where we'd have some space and quiet. And good food, of course. Any suggestions?
Thank you!
