Between a Manhattan and an Old Fashioned

A favorite local restaurant makes a drink called “Please sir, may I have another” that is Bulleit bourbon, Dolin Rouge, Cardamaro, and Arancello. The proportions seem heavier on the whiskey than a Manhattan, and the Dolin Rouge is a lot softer than the usual vermouths like Carpano or Cocchi or M&R. A very nice drink served strained and up with an orange twist.
