I juuuust broke down & bought the microplane box grater yesterday, now I've decided I need a mandoline.
Which one do you suggest?
1. Is there a big difference between the V-style and the single blade?
2. Ceramic blade or metal?
3. Ease of use, clean up....safety.
4. All metal body or metal/plastic? Durability?
5. Extra blades? Specialty blades? # of different cuts
6. Does price make a differenc? Best shop/store/online site to buy from.
