Hello, fellow Chows. I just got a hunk of beautiful Manchego cheese from the Barossa Valley Cheese Co. (yes, I'm in Australia!) and I am dying to turn it into homemade biscuits, maybe with a little fresh chive growing on my balcony. I would like to construct a meal around these biscuits...any suggestions? Meat? Veggies? I'm open to anything and about to run the farmers market and butcher, so please, help me out!
