Mana Sushi (Sacramento) Downhill Report

free sample addict aka Tracy L | Jan 26, 2008 09:03 PM

It's been about a year since we last visited Mana and I don't think we'll return. There were three indications when we arrived that made me wonder if it had changed hands. First, the place was practically empty at 8:00 pm, which was really strange because I remember leaving on a couple of previous visits around 8:00 and seeing people still streaming in. Second, they had some sort of 'all you can eat sushi roll' special going -- seemed kind of desperate. Lastly, the sushi rolls were noticably inferior (less fish more rice, lesser quality ingredients overall) and the service seems to have slipped we waited forever for our nigiri order. Such a shame because it was always a good neighborhood option.
