What's with that restaurant Mammina's being in the news for having a (low?) $10 corking fee for wine? Their whole schtick was - before this BYOW thing - having a $5 mark-up on their wine list. They act like they're doing everyone a favour, but they are in fact making an extra $5 off of every bottle that people bring into their establishment AND they're not having to buy and/or store the wine! Thanks guys!!
