Last week's post about the Korean mall on Olympic reminded me that I wanted to check out the Aroma Center on Wilshire, a few blocks east of Western. The food court is tiny compared to the large one on Western, there are maybe six or seven different places including a tea/fruit smoothie stand.

I ate from the Korean place in the corner (they had an American name which I forgot -- it could be "Mom's", or I could have made that up in my head). Had the bibimbap cooked in a metal pot (they offered it two ways). It was wonderful, I scraped every last crunchy bit off the bottom of the pot.

Several people were eating the black noodles from the Japanese place next door -- a dish I've never seen before. Guess I'll have to go back.
