Has anyone tried any of the above at a Queens Malaysian place?

Just wondering, a fish head wouldn't seem to have much meat on it compared to the rest of the fish, so how does that dish work? I noticed several fish head dishes on the menu at Rasa Sayang.

What is the flavor of a sting ray?
