Thanks to all who responded to my BBQ on a budget post - I'm headed to costco tonight to check prices on a pork loin or brisket to slow cook. Great ideas!!
My husband, however, has adamantly decided that no BBQ is complete without him at the grill serving up fresh burgers to all of our guests. So, it looks like we'll be serving both!
Never having made burgers myself, my question to you all is - what's the secret for making great burgers at home?
