making soymilk

poncy | Oct 15, 2005 09:24 PM

I have been making soymilk with my Soyajoy maker for a while now and have been pleased with the results, except that it tends to seperate when I use it in certain brands of coffee or in mate.

Any ideas on how to keep this from happening? I've heard of adding a dash of salt (my current recipe is just soybeans and water)...
