I'd like to experiment with using wonton wrappers to make ravioli. Does anyone have a preferred brand to suggest?
I was thinking about making a variety, some with spinach and ricotta, some with mushrooms, some with sundried tomatoes and ricotta.
The ricotta and sundried tomatoes I was planning on adding a little oregano to the filling and some minced garlic, S & P. Then I was going to dress those ravioli in a combo sauce of seasoned rice wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, chopped tomatoes and basil.
Does anyone have any stellar recipes for fillings and/or sauces?
