Help making Napa decisions

Doodleboomer | Mar 31, 2008 11:37 PM

Hi all,

Thanks in advance for helping out. My folks are coming out for a trip to visit and we are spending the first two days in Napa area getting to know it. I spend quite a bit of time up there, so it isn't as if I don't know where to go...but I can't figure out one meal! Please help me figure it out...they are midwestern...which doesn't mean they love steak and potatoes...they may just be more used to it. I'd like to show them a bit more of the area and this is what I have....I need a place for dinner the first night.

Arrive and having lunch at either Mustards or Rutherford Grill
Tasting at Grgich Hills that afternoon
Dinner?

Breakfast at Auberge de Soleil
Hike
Picnic lunch
Dinner at Terra

Breakfast at Boon Fly Cafe on our way back to SF.

I know this is fairly easy for some...but my BF and I have eaten at Ad Hoc, and Ubuntu...and Redd we love. I am just having a hard to figuring out if we go to one of those or if Angele or Celadon or somewhere we haven't been is really worth it.

thanks!
