Making a Korean themed dinner

I love Korean food, so I'm excited about throwing a little banchan party to introduce my adventurous friends to the cuisine. I was planning to have a cucumber & apple pickle dish, spicy celery, kimchee, boolgogi, and chap chae noodles (if my spelling of Korean foods is terrible, please forgive me) Do you think that would be enough? Are there any other dishes you would suggest, and should I make scallion pancakes too, or would that be too much?
