Making the most - the Joys of Real Butter continued

So, as mentioned on the link below, I found some fantastic butter that I will probably only buy once in a 'coons age. How should I make the most of this butter? I was thinking grilled cheese one night, but there has to be something high end-ish that will really show off the butter flavor. Any thoughts?
