I am addicted to Fage 2% Total Greek yogurt. I can only find one store in the Miami area that carries it and it costs over $2.50 for eight ounces, which is more than I should spend.
I've made yogurt before, but it had never tasted this good. Although it is 2% it is deceptively thick and creamy and is much less tart than regular yogurt.
Can anyone tell me how to reproduce this at home?
