Any main, meat dish less salty at Grand Sichuan (St. Marks)

Please forgive me if everyone is tired of talking about GS, but after hearing a lot of things about GS, I went to the one on St. Marks (first time trying GS of any branch), and ordered from the dinner combination choices as I was dining alone but wanted to have a full meal of soup+side+main; I had Kum Pao Chicken, spinach, and the combination came with 1 vegetable spring roll, and hot and sour soup that I chose. All for under $12. I rarely eat Chinese food, maybe once a month or even less, but I enjoyed it. Only problem is that I can not take that much salt (I can take very spicy but not salty), so is there anything that is just a bit less salty on the menu (not necessarily in the combination dinner selection), or if I ask for less salt but keep the spiciness, would they do that for me, you think? Or, am I just being too clueless to go to a Sichuan Chinese place when I am sensitive about the amount of salt? I would very much appreciate your guidance because I am hoping that there is still a way for me to enjoy Sichuan food. Thank you.
