I just found out that my butcher has merged (or been bought out by, I'm not sure) Main Line Kosher Meats in Philly. I'm not interested in discussions about the hashgacha, but rather about the meat-- is it good? What's particularly good/bad?
Milanese is Italian for "breaded and sautéed until golden," an easy (and fast) way to dress up sliced pork tenderloin. Top the pork with a creamy mushroom sauce and serve with a simple kale salad for a complete meal.
