I live in Los Angeles. Not exactly known for it's Q.
In L.A. I think most of us agree (including J. Gold) that Phillips in South Central makes our best ribs. I'm also a fan of their spicy sauce. I like my ribs dry with the sauce on the side.
But Phillips is a bit of a drive and it's take out only. I'm intrigued by the idea of ordering ribs in the mail. I alternate weekly between pork and beef ribs so either one will do.
Is there some distant BBQ land that's worth ordering from?
