I'm looking for a soft, chewy, preferably poufy peanut butter cookie. I do not want a thin, brittle, crunchy one.
Has anyone tried the Magnolia recipe or the King Arthur peanut butter blossoms recipe?
I've tried the flowerless one, and that's okay, but it crisps and flattens (should I use bigger balls of dough)? Also, it's a little too eggy for my taste.
Is the problem that I'm just not using big enough rounds of dough?
