So I follow a QVC chef on YouTube who does cooking videos and her Thanksgiving video caught my attention when she used a stainless steel saucepan on her induction burner. What caught my attention was that her saucepan is the QVC brand Technique Clad. I have three pans in this line and magnets do not stick to the bottom of the pans. So it made me wonder how the pot was even able to be heated. Meredith confirmed that it was an induction burner and nowhere in the product description did it say that the burner can work with non-ferrous stainless steel.
Also included a video of the burner in question. A warning though, for some of you, you may have to turn down the volume. I know I did.
