Magic marinade?

rutledj | Oct 25, 201911:06 AM     32

I recently dined at a chain steakhouse and ordered the sirloin cut. It was a great, thick and juicy steak and super tender. I tried cooking a similar steak at home and it was tough as leather. I'm assuming that the steakhouse steaks are probably marinated in some secret formula to make them that tender. Can anyone recommend a good marinade\method to achieve the same tenderness at home?

Thanks,
Rut
