Maghrabiyeh Couscous

I couldn't resist picking up a package of pearl couscous at the Lebanese shop when I stopped by to grab a couple bags of freshly baked pitas. I'm uncertain if these take 5 minutes to cook just like morrocan couscous from the supermarket.

Any recommendations how to cook them? Any good recipes out there?
