I'm reconsidering all my magazine subscriptions, and would like hounds' input on which magazines they use the most, recipe wise.
I get Saveur and Food & Wine. I gave up on Cook's Illustrated 2 years ago for its preachiness and emphasis on food I consider to be not so interesting and a little too time consuming. I liked Cooking Light, but gave up after they discontinued Deborah Madison's column. Any thoughts on whether they might be worth resuming?
What do people think about Gourmet, Cooking Light, Martha Stewart, Veggie Times, La Cucina Italiana, or any other food magazine?
I'm most interested in vegetable and vegetarian recipes and recipes that take less than an hour to put together-- I've got plenty of standard fancy dishes, and am mostly looking for new ideas that can be executed after work.
Also, any thoughts on the Rosengarten Report, which I keeping getting solicitations for? I do miss watching him on Taste on Food TV.
