"NOW" Magazine "MEAT" Issue (November 10, 2011)

I think this issue of "NOW" is terrific, (perhaps not to Vegetarians/Vegan's etc and if you think the devotion of major copy is offensive, you probably won't want to read any further.
I found it to be really informative about all manner of things 'meat' ..... from where to eat it, buy it and understand the various terms of how it's raised/qualified...I'm going to keep it in my kitchen with my Cookbooks etc.....Have a look online if you can't find any copies around town....
