I just read and found it very interesting that Mads Refslund has taken over at previous Cajun Style Acme.
I was hoping for some real taste of Nordic but reports are saying this is idea of just typical bistro food although the menu is divided into section such as "SOIL" and has dishes such as hay roasted sun chokes which gives me hope.
Has anyone tried it? I'm eager to hear about it!
